Hi! My name is Sydney. I have worked at the Children's Institute of Pittsburgh (a school for special needs children) for 2 years. This job taught me to respond to medical emergencies such as seizures and choking with haste and a clear mind. It also taught me to respond to extreme behavioral outbursts with patience and compassion. I have babysat for my siblings, family members, neighbors, and others through word-of-mouth for as long as I can remember. I have experience with kids of all ages, from newborns to pre-teens. I was the 2021 valedictorian of Gateway High School, and I go to Chatham University for Human Biology. I am certified in CPR, and hope to become a doctor. I am kind, punctual, and patient.
