About Susan

From a young age, I found that caring and communing with animals brought happiness and a sense of peace. I have had the pleasure of caring for farm animals, client pets, and my own fur and scale babies. My daughter and I have had a menagerie of pets ourselves, including: iguanas, fish, birds, guinea pigs, hamsters, gerbils, dogs, cats, an aquatic turtle, rabbit, and bearded dragon. Whether cold or warm blooded, all animals have been deeply loved! As a child, I first started taking care of dogs and cats in my neighborhood. As I got older, my love for animals and their care continued and branched out into farm sitting. I've cared for many different breeds of cats and dogs, but have also cared for exotics. I have a lot of experience with a wide assortment of farm animals, including: horses, sheep, goats, chickens, and emu. I enjoy horseback riding and frequently shadow an equine vet to gain more knowledge to aid in the care of animals. Looking forward to talking soon!
