About Starr

Hi there! I am Starr, a 24-yr-old college graduate that loves animals! I provide cat and dog sitting, check-ins, and walks. I have worked with both cats and dogs since I was a child. I grew up on a farm so I have been around many different kinds of animals. I currently have two cats that I care for. I am very active and love going for walks and runs and would love to take your dog with me! I am very energetic and ready to have a fun day of play with your pet. In college, I had the opportunity to work with service dogs for a class. These dogs were clicker trained by us, the students, in order to later work with veterans with PTSD or children with autism. During the pandemic, I had the opportunity to foster dogs! I fostered 3 different dog breeds. I learned how to care for dogs nervous around new people and new environments. I eventually learned how to potty train them, play games with them, and take them on many walks. I would love to cuddle and walk your favorite companion!
