We know Susana on many levels. We first met her when she began attending the church I am a pastor at. She became friends with our family and is around us a lot. She helps us a lot with our 3 kids (5, 4, 2). She babysits them often (she was the first to watch our youngest when he was super young) and has always done a great job of not just watching them, but caring for and loving them. She also helps watch children of various ages in our churches children's ministry and does a great job with the kids and working with other volunteers. We have referred her to many friends and we always get a great response of thankfulness from whomever she watches. She is sacrificial and caring. She does a great job of loving the kids and also helping them do what they need to do. She is low maintenance in the sense that she figures out what we have, what the kids needs, and making it work. She is honest and really has a heart to serve and care for others.
