Kristin cared for our 7, 5, and 3 year old five days a week after school for one year. She was great at keeping the kiddos engaged in activities outside of screen time. During the summer, she took the initiative to plan fun learning activities, and took them to the pool, library, and park. During the year, she picked up kids, packed lunches, and helped with homework. She was also willing to help with dishes and laundry. There was a good balance between letting the kids be kids and disciplining them when needed. She will be dearly missed!!!
