About Spencer

I'd describe my personality as caring, understanding, and creative. I like working with kids because they're the new generation and I learn as much from them as they learn from me. I started working with kids when I started working for After School program. I worked with elementary and middle school students at Anne Sullivan and Northeast Middle school. I also worked as a paraprofessional at Hiawatha Collegiate High School for six years. I worked with youth at the Minneapolis Youth Congress for two years as well, encouraging kids to take initiative in their communities and become leaders.
