About Skyla

I am a recent graduate of BioBehavioral Health/Human Development and Family Studies. As I ponder between med school and psychology, one thing remains true, and that is, I love working with children. I have experience teaching arts, coding, and athletics, supervising children, and providing 1:1 intervention for neurodivergent children as a behavioral therapist. I have worked with various ages and aptitudes in different settings, both in and out of the classroom. I have training and certification in the following: Preventing Sudden Infant Death Syndrome and Promoting Safe Sleeping Keeping Children Safe: Prevention of Lead Poisoning and Other Dangers to Children Prevention and Identification of Brain Injuries, including Abusive Head Trauma (AHT) Principles of Infectious Control CPR / First Aid I am happy to provide my resume and recommendations upon request and answer any questions you may have.
