About Sherry

When I was 13 years old, I started babysitting for family and friends and really enjoyed it. After high school I worked in a grocery store but continued to babysit in my spare time. I decided to pursue a career as a full time nanny and replied to an ad in the paper. I have been blessed with several great families for the past 20 years, taking care of kids of all ages. I'm good at my job by just being myself and sharing the kids' interests with them. Some like to bake, read, play sports, swim, which are all activities I enjoy. I take them to school and various activities, help with laundry, meals, and tidying their rooms. When the kids are sick, hurt, or sad, I can face each situation in a calm manner. I know how reassuring it is to working parents for a nanny to be prompt, organized, and reliable. I take pride in my job and emphasize those qualities in myself.
