She has been amazing with our daughter with special needs. She knows exactly how to handle situations that just don't come up with a neurotypical child. She's solid and very competent. It's easy to see that she has had many years working with kids with special needs. I understand how hard it is to find child care when you're dealing with autism, ADHD, etc. Hire her. You'll be happy you did.
