Shae (Nashae) seemed to fit into our family dynamic from the first time we spoke to her. We put our potential nannies through a 4-step interview process (phone interview, face-to-face interview, check clearances and call references, and a training day (2-3 hours). Again, she met our expectations every step of the way. Shae is dependable, reliable, and communicates well with my husband and I through a nanny app and text message. She follows all of our directions, guidelines, and rules when caring for our daughter (4-8 months at the time of care). Shae sends pictures/videos daily and inputs all feedings, naps, playtime, etc. into the app we use for communication. She isn't afraid to ask questions or make suggestions about our daughter's care. Shae is flexible with her schedule in regard to coming early or staying late, as long as we give her notice. She was willing to get a flu shot and get infant CPR certified. Lastly, we have a 70 lb. dog who needs a lot of love. Shae is great with him
