About Sara

My name is Sara, and I am 20 years old with over five years of childcare experience. Since 14 years old I've had the desire to create a loving, educational, and nurturing environment for children of various ages! I take pride in my ability to apply all my skills such as attentiveness, my never give up attitude, and patience! I see child care not only as a "job" but an opportunity to be there for children emotionally and physically making them feel safe! I started babysitting at 14 years old, for kids as young as 10 months old. I then got my first official job as a summer camp counselor taking care of kids between the ages of 4-12, at the Port Washington yacht club right before turning 15! I stayed for 4 summers and continued to lend a helping hand to families that needed it! I would best describe my personality as energetic, honest, and passionate I also like working with animals because they are like humans and have always been a humans best friend, they deserve the best!
