About Sarah

I was a TA for several classes throughout my undergraduate and graduate studies, and I've mentored students in 2nd grade through senior year of high school in the FIRST and robotics competitions. I'm particularly interested in helping students gain a solid foundation in math, but I also enjoy writing and languages! When tutoring, I focus primarily on working through problems with a student. work through the problem step by step, and develop strategies to help . My goal is always to give students a toolbox that they can use on any type of problem, whether or not it's something explicitly discussed in a session.
