About Sarah

I discovered my love for childcare when I was 13 and got my first babysitting job. Since then I have worked with multiple different families, in a daycare, and as a nanny exclusively for the past three years. I am CPR and First Aid certified, due to being a certified nursing assistant. I pride myself on my patience, empathy, and imagination, and I find that these skills allow me to excel in the childcare industry. I practice gentle discipline and think it is important to compromise with children to find solutions that encourage structure and growth, while also considering their perspective. I love animals, so pets are always a welcome addition to a job! I also grew up in a very large family and have taken care of several children at once during jobs, so multitasking is not something I struggle with.
