About Sarah

I am a registered nurse with my bachelor's degree in Nursing and minors in public health and psychology. I graduated from Bethel University in the spring of 2021. Since then, I have worked in center doing hemodialysis and then transitioned to the home dialysis department where I trained patients to perform peritoneal dialysis and hemodialysis in their homes. I have a passion for helping others and empowering them to live as independently as possible in their homes, and I value the relational aspects of home care. I have managed a variety of comorbid chronic health conditions, and I understand the unique challenges that patients and their families face each day. I am also CPR certified and trained in first aid. I would love the opportunity to connect with you more and answer any questions that you might have!
