Sarah was an amazing nanny for us. She jumped in and was proactive right away. She was funny and playful but also kept boundaries with my son to combat some behaviors we were working on at the time. She really played off my son's interests and was accepting of him always. They did a lot of drawing together and my son LOVED talking to her and asking all of his questions. She was patient even when he was a bit difficult or was tired at the end of a long day. She thought of creative ways to redirect him to do something positive and keep the momentum going. She asked me questions to make sure she was doing things the way I wanted to- which I appreciated, but I also had confidence that she could handle any situation on her own. Sarah took my son to the park and also would drop him off at school or pick him up. I would definitely recommend Sarah to anyone that needs a high energy and very engaged nanny/sitter. We loved her and we miss her!
