My name is Clare! I live in Astoria, Queens. I am a licensed social worker in the state of NY. I currently am a full-time therapist for a non-profit. In the past, many of my jobs have been with children. I have been a nanny and babysitter for over a decade. I have worked with several families. I am a very fun, kind, and outgoing person! I love participating in arts and crafts, music, outdoor activities, and reading with children! I am also a proud aunt of two little nieces, ages 1 1/2 and 3 1/2. They are my little besties! In my spare time I love to read, play my guitar, and spend time outdoors. I am available on Tuesday and Thursday from 6pm-9pm, and Sunday from 8am-1 p.m. I look forward to seeing if I can help you and your family!

Clare watched our two 6 year olds and our 4 year old this past winter and spring; to say that she was phenomenal is an understatement. She was always on time and is very personable. From day one we felt comfortable with her watching our children as you could tell she was completely comfortable in doing so. Due to my husband and I's schedule we have had many sitters over the years and Clare is undoubtedly towards the top if not at the top of that list; she truly was and is wonderful. She did not simply watch the kids partake in an activity or allow the kids to watch TV all the time; Our kids would share with us pictures they had painted or puzzles they had put together or games they had played while Clare was watching them. As a testament to her connection with my kids, my kids would frequently ask/beg my husband and I to go on a date night so Clare could come over to watch them! The only reason she hasn't continued watching my kids is due to her departure for school; Thank you so much!
