Sara worked for our family for a week to help watch our grandmother and she really did a great job during the time. After one week, she never showed up to work on Monday and did not communicate with us to let us know what happened and did not return our texts or calls. We do wish her the best and was grateful for the short time we had with her but very confused about the lack of communication especially when things seemed to be going well during the week she worked for us, without any known concerns. Communication is key to building trust and we would have appreciated communication if it wasn't a good fit, rather than not showing up without a notice.
