About Sandra

I am looking for work as a nanny for children or companion for the elderly or disabled. I have taken care of kids most of my life. I work with a lot of kids through my volunteer work with the local Down syndrome society. I have four boys of my own, so I am great with multiple kids and multitasking. I have not worked in a facility, but I have provided at home care for an elderly man that had Alzheimer's. I was considered a companion, but I also helped feed him and help him walk around as he got weaker. I am willing to do light housekeeping as well. I have reliable transportation, but I do not drive myself due to a partial visual impairment. I can handle errands if I know in advance and make the stops on my way to the home.
