About Samantha

I'm currently taking care of 2 children, ages 1 year and 5 years old for up to 8 hours per day, 5 days a week. I regulate and maintain children's schedules to balance rest, learning, and play. Often bathed and dressed children, changed diapers and prepare bottles and healthy meals according to each child's need. I make it a priority to interact with the children throughout each day to promote mental and emotional development. I enjoy creating fun and engaging activities to work on the growing knowledge of words and letters with both children. I find ways to incorporate physical activities to stimulate and help each child grow even while stuck in the house during winter and the unpredictable pandemic. I work with family to provide care for their growing children that integrated learning and play to their standards. I've built relationships with children by regularly engaging and investing in getting to know them, learning the needs of each of the individual kids.
