I have been a caretaker for 2 senior women. They were not my employers, I was not paid. They were my roommates but they had no family and I took care of them. One had dementia and she has passed away. One was bipolar and she is in a managed care facility (actually now she is in the hospital). I am a senior (68 years old) and I know something about the problems seniors face. I am patient, gentle and can do light housework and errands. Or participate in activities that my charge may enjoy, painting, drawing, music etc.
