We interviewed Ruby for the position of a Nanny. We had to go with someone else, as Ruby's availability and our start date didn't coincide. Ruby was very professional and thoughtful in her responses leading up to the interview. She was very prompt and descriptive in her responses which helped us communicate with her easily. Ruby interviewed really well and demonstrated knowledge as well as experience of different aspects of childcare including development, playtime, routines, etc. She took the time to think of different questions we asked, which I thought was very genuine than just giving stock answers. To sum it all, Ruby seems like a very genuine, warm and caring person who is also proficient in child care. We really liked her based on her interview and interactions. We will certainly keep her in our minds, if things change with our situation.
