I have been in the child care field for five years and early on decided I wanted to make this my Career. I have worked with infants and toddlers, including twins. With my current family I started when the twins were 3 months old. I have tons of experience and lots of patience. I love to read and and make everything a fun positive learning experience. I do not mind doing household tasks. I have excellent references and still have great relationships with my previous families. I also have children of my own so I understand parents expectations. Roxana took care of our twin girls since they were 3 months old, and was with our family for 2.5 years. She is reliable, affectionate, and very engaging with children all ages (she also took care of our 6 year old at times). She did everything from driving our kids to activities, cooking, laundry, bathing and putting the kids to bed - and even went beyond her scope or work and helped us a ton around the house. We loved her so much and she was such an integral part of our family, we even took her on our vacation a few times. Our twins started preschool so we stopped working with her, but I would definitely hire her again. Any family would be lucky to have her.
