Not recommended for small babies. I hired her to care for my 7 month old. The first day she was here 7 hours and changed 0 diapers. Zero. She only changed about 3 total diapers over the next 3 days as well, even after I typed out explicit instructions to check his diaper before/after naps, eating, etc. I typed out instructions for feeding him, putting him down for naps, etc., but she was unable to follow those as well. I do believe she would be great with older children, especially those already potty trained. She was incredibly sweet and kind to me and my baby, just not willing to change diapers which is fundamental.
