Rita was very responsive by email and phone before and during the job. She arrived on time and was friendly and helpful. She was flexible about dealing with our unpredictable scenario and helped our baby get to sleep in an unfamiliar and noisy hotel room. I enjoyed meeting her and would hire her again if I lived in Connecticut!
