Experience working with many families whose children's ages run between 4 months to 7 years old on a recurring and as needed basis. I also care for their pets as requested and just because I love animals. In addition to being a mother of 2 girls who are now grown , I have worked at a daycare center in the infant and toddler room in Long Valley, NJ. I especially love infants. I have an Associate's degree for Interdisciplinary Education for the Paraprofessional and have worked as a special needs teacher's aide for 6 years. I taught Religious Education for 6 years. I have been babysitting on an occasional basis for a client from this site who has a preteen that I have cared for since infancy. I am now looking for evenings on a recurring basis M-F from 5-10 p.m. for children or seniors.

Rita cared for our son from the age of 6 months on. He absolutely adored Rita and would scream with excitement every time she walked in the door. She is very dependable and learned our routine very quickly. She was a valuable addition to our family and also attended his first birthday party when it was family only. She's very trustworthy and absolutely wonderful. The only reason we stopped using her services is because our son was accepted to daycare.
