About Christie

I am a 47-year-old married female, who has 25 years of broad experience caring for infants and children through 16 years of age. I am employed as an aide in a multiply handicapped classroom at a public school system, and have worked at an infant and/or toddler room at a childcare center. I have also had clients in private homes caring for infants and adolescents. I have experience working with special needs, Asperger's and Autism. Working with children and young adults has been my focus for as long as I can remember. I am CPR and First Aid certified, responsible and dependable, if I say I will be there you can count on me. I have references I can provide from families whom I have worked with in different capacities. I have my own transportation. I currently work at a public school as a teacher aid between 8:00 a.m. thru 1:30 p.m. My duties are to assist with children who need more teacher interaction time.
