We hired Samantha to work with our family in October. She was with us for 2 months and quit one morning with no notice, saying she had a family emergency and would not be coming back again. I would absolutely not recommend hiring her if you need someone stable and long term. She is leaving us in an extremely difficult position, with 2 working parents and no childcare.
