Hello, I'm Rashia ! I signed up for Care. com to find part time work & assist children and families! My mother was a child caregiver, so I was exposed to childcare at a very young age. At age 15, I began working with children myself at an after school program. I, then, went on to become a full-time elementary school teacher for 7 years. While I don't currently teach, I am still hold a teaching certification and looking to provide childcare and/or tutoring services.
