About Rahma

Hello! I'm a Political Science major and PCA (Personal Care Assistant). I began babysitting and taking care of elders for relatives and neighbors by the time I was 12. Eventually, I got certified and started with organizations. I currently work with elders. I'd like to go back to my roots and work with children again because their childlike joy is contagious and they are our future, so taking proper care of them is crucial :) I'd describe my personality as caring, laid back, and funny. I started working with kids really when I was a kid myself. As the eldest of 7, I quickly took up parental responsibilities and it's now instinctual to take care of children. In my spare time, I like to read, write, draw, and listen to music. I'm really into the arts. I'm also infinitely curious and spend a lot of time learning about topics like history and culture. My skills include de-escalation, nurturing, and encouraging children.
