We met with Rachel and she accepted our position. She couldn't start until 09.01.22 - and we were flexible and said that was okay with us. She requested to be paid in cash through the end of the year - and we were flexible and agreed that was okay with us. She requested we compile a list of preschools so she could send her daughter, and we were polite and helpful and put those together for her. It wasn't until I messaged Rachel in advance of her start date to communicate activities I was putting together for her and the kiddos, that she notified me that she had taken another job. Now I have 2 weeks to find a replacement. Do not recommend. You will be left in a lurch.
