About Rachel

Hi, my name is Rachel and I am looking to find my dream job as a nanny. I am the oldest of seven girls, so at an early age, I learned to care for my younger sisters on a day-to-day basis. My experience included volunteering in a nursery at Liberty Baptist and Fletcher Memorial Baptist. I had a paid experience at the nursery of Kirby Woods Baptist Church and High point Church. I have babysat for our neighbors in Mid-America Seminary Housing (just a short walk away from my apartment) and grew very close to the two girls aged 6 and 9 with nights filled with the Girls' marathons, played nail salon, and painted splattered art. I am currently attending Southwest Community College to obtain my Associate's degree in Sociology. I will be taking 1 online class and 2 night classes on Mondays and Wednesdays from 6 p.m. - 9 p.m. This leaves my schedule open to any morning to afternoon care-takings as well as nights that I will not be at class. I will be more than happy to stay overnights if need be.
