About Rachel

I'd describe my personality as warm, calm, and empathetic. I like working with kids because I enjoy watching kids learn and grow. Working with kids also provides great opportunities for creative exploration, learning something new, and making connections with other people. I'm looking for a job that allows me to pursue an educational certificate and provides me with opportunities to build relationships with kids and their families. I started working with kids when I inherited a babysitting job from my sister in college. It turned out to be something I enjoyed! In my spare time, I like to read, embroider, watch movies, and spend time with my cat. One thing you should know about me is I'm reliable. I try to be as consistent and communicative as possible to reduce any stress or anxiety on your hand. My skills include communicating and receiving instructions, creativity, and creating a safe and nurturing environment.
