About Rachel

I have a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and Psychology from Skidmore College and am currently getting my Doctorate in Clinical Child Psychology at Adler University. I have worked as a student teacher in an elementary school in upstate NY and have a lot of familiarity with education standards and educational milestones. I have taken courses on how to teach and help children understand the subjects of math, reading, writing, and science. I like to make learning enjoyable and am able to connect with students on any level. I believe that with hands-on experiences, patience, and fun students will be able to achieve their academic goals. I am a patient and dedicated educator who wants to help all students succeed. I am able to identify and address potential emotional roadblocks or frustrations that may interfere with academic success.
