About Rachel

Hello! I am a 3rd semester graduate student pursuing a Master's of Science in Nursing at the University of San Francisco in Orange, CA. I recently completed my pediatric and obstetric rotation for my degree, which heightened my resolve to become a nurse focused on children's and infants' well-being. I have been a babysitter and nanny for over 10 years. With 2 younger siblings, I was the "free" babysitter whenever my parents would need one. I ran multiple soccer camps through high school and undergraduate studies, where I was typically in charge of kids groups as large as 30, ages ranging from 5-17. I have received CPR training on numerous occasions and have a current, up-to-date CPR certification. Between obtaining my bachelors in psychology and starting my master's program, I worked as a nanny for almost a year for a family of three before beginning a job as a caregiver for elderly residents with dementia. Taking care of people is my passion, and I adore working with kids!
