About Princess Hannah

I am a CNA with a passion for geriatric care and helping people living with Dementia/Alzheimer's live to their highest potential. I left behind the bigger healthcare setting to pursue one-on-one care with geriatric patients and their families. I employ a patient-focused approach, keep clear and concise documentation of care, and work as a supportive cheerleading companion to your loved one. I love to do activities with my clients, such as; drawing, painting, board games, cards, puzzles, movies, walking, and even singing. I also can provide education on any of my caregiving skills; explaining to you my style of care, and training, so you can understand the what/why of my approaches to dementia related behaviors or other challenges. Past experience: Memory Care, Hospital Med/Surg, Psych, Physical Therapy, In-Home care. Education: CNA, essentials', ongoing learning to achieve CARES Dementia Specialist (C. D. S.), CPR.
