About Pearl

Over the last 10 years I have gotten closer and closer with my grandmother. She is quite the matriarch, has eight children and over 20 grandchildren, yet we have become quite close. She is ninety-2 years old and needs help with a number of things. Whenever I visit her house I take care to make everything as comfortable as possible for her. I truly enjoy spending time with seniors, and know that movement, meal preparation, maintaining medication, house upkeep, and communication can bring some difficulties along as one gets older. While I am more experienced with small children, I believe our senior family members deserve the utmost of respect, empathy, patience and kindness, and understand that life takes its course differently for every person and that every individual's situation is unique. I would like to be a source of reliable, understanding help to seniors and to their family and friends, in whatever ways they may need.
