About Paola

About me: I am Puerto Rican. However, I moved to the US 3 years ago to study Biology at BC. I love extracurriculars pertaining to writing and music too! I want to go to pharmacy school after I graduate. I like working with kids because I have always been either taking care of the kids in my neighborhood or tutoring them in both individual and group settings. I was very well liked by both kids and adults alike in the neighborhood and they trusted me with their kids. I believe kids are one of the most precious treasures we have and that we can learn from a child's curiosity and innocence, just like they learn from us. I'm looking for a job that I can feel comfortable with and that the family can feel comfortable with me! Respect, safety, and good communication and boundaries are definitely my priority with both the children and the parents. As long as we have that, we will get along perfectly!
