Hi! My name is Caitlin, and I am a dependable, hardworking, responsible college student who is passionate about childcare. I have always been great with kids, and babysitting is something I truly enjoy. I have been babysitting for five years for multiple families in my area, including children of all ages, and children with special needs. I also am an avid animal lover. I know it is difficult for parents to trust someone with their kids, and I will do everything possible to build trust and go through that process with you. My goal is to make a connection with the kids I babysit, and to provide them with a safe, loving, positive environment. I am always willing to drive the kids on pre-approved trips, find engaging indoor and outdoor activities, and comply with any schedule they may have. I am a great team worker, and work always keep an open line of communication so I can be the best fit for your family I can be. I will always go above and beyond to meet your expectations!

Caitlin worked with us over the summer until her college semester started back up again. She took great care of our 4 month old baby, sometimes working 9 hour days. She knows a lot about taking care of little ones but if we asked for a modification she generally only need to hear it once and she'd carry it forward. We'd still gladly have her come back for weekend/evening gigs as her schedule allows! Caitlin is super hard working, wise beyond her years, trustworthy and great with babies. She gets her work done efficiently/proactively and we can be confident she will meet her commitments. In the rare event that she felt ill and couldn't make it she communicated it ASAP and chose to make up the hours on another day. You won't regret hiring Caitlin!

It is important to me that safety and safe practices regarding COVID are a priority in your lives. I have experience caring for children of many different ages and cultural backgrounds. I am worldly and a well-traveled person and believe I can bring many new ways of seeing the world and communicating to your children while providing care in a fun and safe setting for them. I am responsible in my day to day life and will maintain a clean, organized household additional to my childcare responsibilities. I will be a welcomed addition to your family and hope to improve the quality of the lives in which I am involved.

Emmarin has cared for our two children for the last 4 years. When she started, they were 4 and 7 years old. We have felt so lucky to have her as part of our family. My husband and I trust her completely -- Emmarin is careful and has very good judgment. She drives our children in her car and has a credit card on our account to buy groceries and run errands. Emmarin also has a big heart and an intuitive understanding of different types of kids. She quickly figured out how to head off sibling fights before they occurred. As our children have gotten older, she has known when to pull back to give our eldest child space, and when and how to offer a distraction to the youngest when he was in danger of too much screen time. Emmarin is also tenacious and resilient -- she keeps an even keel. No drama. She was never late and never failed to do something we asked. We cannot keep her on because I am leaving my job....but I so wish that we could. She is someone special.

Night And Weekend Infant Babysitter

I'm an experienced nanny, who previously worked as a research professional before being laid off due to Covid. My specialty is infants, babies are the best! I also have several years of camp counselor experience, for 1st and 4th graders. I previously worked full time for a family with infant twins and a toddler. I was with the infants all day, and occasionally watched the toddler as well when he was not at daycare. I've also kept up the occasional babysitting job with infants since then, to get my snuggle time in while I pursued a professional career. I have volunteered with Perkins School for the Blind Infant/Toddler program, working with a deafblind student. I received my master's degree from Clark University. I love reading, going for walks, music class, tummy time, and making kids laugh.

Deanna is the absolute best babysitter. I hesitated to write a review for her for a while because very selfishly I just wanted to have her babysit only my son forever! The first meeting, she spent over an hour learning everything about my son. She's not afraid to ask questions, but she's also confident and incredibly knowledgeable. I know that she will be fine handling anything that comes up. She has babysat my son at least once a week for the last year and she has become a part of our family. At his birthday party (pre-covid, of course!) she was a guest but couldn't help but help us the entire time. She is one of those people that is just always thinking about how to help and support you and your child. I feel so lucky to know Deanna, and I know my son does too. He asks for her all the time and is always excited when she arrives. I have a hard time leaving my son, but Deanna has made it so easy for me to know that he is beyond well cared for- when he is with her, I know he is loved.
