At the same time I worked once a week for a wonderful family, caring for their daughter from when she was 3 months old until over two years. Watching her grow was the most rewarding experience of my life. Before college I had numerous childcare jobs as a high-school babysitter. I care about the quality of my work and the positive influence I have on every family member. I have reliable transportation and am available short-notice. We absolutely love Lily! She watched our infant son twice a week for a couple months and made our lives so much easier. She is confident, coach-able, kind, and caring. The first day she babysat for us, I came home to hear her singing our son to sleep with her beautiful voice! She was patient and smart about bottle feeding, even when our little man preferred to nurse from mom. When we were tackling different challenges with our baby (like nap schedules) she would do her own research and initiate good ideas and healthy habits for our baby. She's also very funny and delightful to have in your home. My toddler, who she occasionally cares for also, asks about her all the time! We love Lily so much and want to keep her all for ourselves!
