About Pamela

I have cared for my fellow humans most of my life. From my early years as a babysitter to the incredible privilege of raising my five children, being an advocate for children in foster care, supporting people with disabilities in group home settings and schools, to companioning people as they journey to their death as an End-of-Life Doula. Though the population focus has changed throughout my journey my foundational beliefs about my fellow humans have not. As I see it each of us comes into this world deserving unconditional love, respect, attention, and validation. As one who cares for children and their families, I endeavor to meet each person where they are, with deep respect, open communication, and a joyful heart offering a safe space for all to learn and grow together. I am a lover of exploring nature, cooking all kinds of foods, dancing, gardening, creating art and music, meditating, and being endlessly amused by the antics of our two cats.
