O'Niiah has been such an amazing help to our family. My kids are not the easiest and she was adaptable to the challenge. I can confidently say she is great at managing many children at the same time. On top of watching my two young boys (3 and 5), she quickly became the "neighborhood nanny" when my 5 year old made friends with all the kids on the street at the start of his first school year. She spent many afternoons with 5+ kids in our yard playing games and taking walks with them without complaint. She loves playing with the kids and even came prepared with crafts! O'Niiah is flexible and confident. She created a positive environment and encourages my son to play with his friends instead of using screen time. She's approachable and easy to get along with. The neighborhood moms all tell us how lucky we are to have found her and I agree. If we could keep her on full time, we would!
