Hi! My name is Nicole and I currently attend Mercyhurst University, where I am working towards receiving my B. A. in Early Childhood/Special Education, with a Minor in Pre-Law. Outside of my many babysitting experiences, I have experience working in the child care department of YMCA, where I cared for children from 6 weeks to 12 years of age. In addition, I have experience tutoring students (grades K-2) in an after-school program in Erie, and have also worked as a full time teacher's aide at Baker Victory Services in Buffalo the past 2 summers. From a parenting perspective, she was all of the above (accountable, punctual, etc.). Plus she understood that my child was a child and interacted with her on an age appropriate level. She also didn't attempt to parent my child nor share her philosophical and political perspectives. She was a perfect babysitter...fun, light, appropriate and very responsible. My child always said that Nicole was very loving and caring in how she spoke and interacted and that they always had fun with games, crafts, playing outside, etc. Nicole babysat for us many times and we were so sad when she moved out of the area. I highly recommend her!
