I've worked with a Company before and I have worked with patients with different diagnosis. I worked with patients suffering from Alzheimer's, Dementia, Parkinson's. And patients in Hospice care. I have worked with difficult patients and when asked by their family members "how do I do it?" I always say that it's the disease that has them acting that way. It's all about having patience and putting yourself in their shoes. You treat people how you want to be treated.
