About Christina

Hi! I am a Registered Dental Hygienist with current BLS CPR certification and experience treating a variety of patients in a dental setting, especially seniors. I have taught dental hygiene at a local community for the past two years. Both of my grandmothers had Alzheimer's disease, so I have personal experience on how to connect with folks managing Alzheimer's in a gentle, productive, positive way. While I don't have professional experience in caring for Alzheimer's patients, I do have training and continuing education from my profession pertaining to certain aspects of the disease. I also spend a great deal of time consuming information about PAC (positive approach to care). I also foster kittens and have a ton of experience with cats in general, particularly fragile ones and cats with special needs. My two foster fails are completely blind! I am comfortable giving medication and even subcutaneous fluids!
