About Nica

Hello! I am a certified teacher with a Masters in Education and 6 years of experience as both a Lead Classroom teacher and a Special Education teacher. I am trained in all Elementary/Middle School subjects, with a concentration in Mathematics. I have taught Math grades 5-7 for the past 6 years, I design the math curriculums for my school, and I coach new teachers. I have been tutoring students privately for three years and am available to add 2-3 more students to my caseload starting the Fall of 2022. I typically tutor in math and reading/writing from Elementary level through Middle School, and both Verbal and Math SAT/PSAT/ACT/SHSAT. References available upon request.
