Natahaly stepped in on a few minutes notice to care for my 2.5 year old and 7 month old when my nanny was sick. She stepped in seamlessly. She has a warm and approachable presence and my toddler adored her. It felt as though she had worked with us for years. She even cleaned our apartment while the kids napped.
