Hello! Over the last two years, I have been a professional, live-out nanny for three incredible families. I have cared for a 7-month-old boy, 19th-month-old girl, and a 12-month-old girl! I love my job and caring for those I nanny with deep love and attention. I value trust and teamwork between myself and the family as I see us each playing a big role in the child's life. I am based in Charlotte, NC and can start by early August 2022. I am only looking to care for one child and only at part-time hours (5-15 hrs per week). My husband and I hired Natalie to take care of our almost-one-year-old son, during the pandemic because we'd temporarily taken him out of daycare. We were very impressed with her from the start; even during her interview, the focus was on him and his needs -- did he have any allergies, was he still breastfeeding, etc.-- as opposed to jumping straight to the hourly rate like others we'd interviewed. Natalie is reserved, attentive, and always polite, and created a calm and structured atmosphere for him. She quickly established a daily routine with him and he would excitedly wait at the door for her each morning--it was so nice to see how much he looked forward to seeing her! Natalie was also able to adjust her schedule as he shifted from two naps a day to one, and as we had to adjust his lunch and nap times in preparation for returning to daycare. We always felt he was safe, comfortable, and happy under Natalie's care and highly recommend her as a nanny!
