About Natalie

Hello! I come from a large family and grew up being a caretaker. For the past 2. 5 years, I have been doing respite care for 3 children with high needs autism and adhd. As they get older and need less outside support, I am working with them less, which is why I'm looking forward to filling my schedule by working with new families. I'm very passionate about treating kids with respect, kindness, and compassion. I work hard to gain their respect and trust, which lets me be gentle, but still firm. My main goal is to provide a safe and caring environment. While not currently, I was previously CPR certified and am familiar with all procedures.
