We were really excited when Ashli applied to our listing for a part to full time position. Her profile seemed really impressive and just what we were looking for. We then scheduled a time and date for her to come meet us and our girls in which she agreed. We sent our contact information as well. When I reached back out to see if a day before would be better for her schedule I never heard back and when I checked in about the actual scheduled we were met with crickets. We could see that she did read our messages but the unresponsiveness and lack of communication to let us know something came up or she had a change of heart is very disappointing- especially since she is the one whom reached out to us initially.
