About Natalie

My name is Natalie and I am a nanny and birth & postpartum doula. I serve Jersey City and New York City and providing trusted support to families is my #1 goal. My career began in the social service realm. During this time, I supported mothers as they cared for their children ranging from 0-5 years old. I provided respite and did anything from changing diapers, making bottles, or playing games with the older kids while their mothers got some rest. As a caregiver, I am happy to plan a day of crafts or rock a child gently to sleep. My philosophy centers around kindness, education, and autonomy. As a doula, my goal is to support and affirm the birthing person, so they can affirm and support their larger community from a place that is centered and grounded in self-care and love. Thank you.
